PENTERRA PLAZA

Sorcar Engineering, Inc. was selected in the year 2000 as the Electrical Engineer and lighting designer for the 556,832 sq. ft. plaza, consisting of two high-rise towers. The 24 story luxury condominium tower included 264 units, and the eight story office tower included 90,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space, 40,000 sq. ft of commercial and retail space and the entire parking structure. The budget for this project is $110,000,000 and is scheduled to be completed in 2004.
